It means na pasok yung UPG mo sa cut-off ng campus pero hindi umabot sa cut-off ng courses choices mo..  ang mangyayari nyan is you will then choose other courses kung saan may slots pa..  malaki chance mo niyan na makapasok and makakapag isip ka ulit kung ano talaga gusto mong courses.: )
